I ...I always loved Carl Rungius wildlife paintings. I don't where I saw the first one. It might have been some ink illustrations in a wildlife book. I really felt the sculptural quality, the molded planes of the animals' anatomy, so distinctive.<BR/><BR/>I want to thank you for this post. Art is such a bastard, and yet I can't seem to escape it. It would be nice to have it help you make a living without becoming sucked into all the bullcrap. Because if you can make a living doing it, that means you don't have to use up your precious time doing something else so you can eat and then squeeze in painting when you have the energy AND the feeling, instead of just being too tired to care and rationalizing everything away into another night in front of the damn TV.Lance M.
