I regret that I have to go back to filtering comments with one of those maddening "copy this" gizmos. I was getting too much spam. I suppose when I have time, I ought to figure out where it's coming from. In the meantime, if you really need to talk to me, do it the old-fashioned way: landline telephone. Nano Novel 1/07/06

Snow cancelled school. The pretty young math teacher used the day for experimentation: face masks and hair treatments. She wore a ratty old robe.

Then the UPS man arrived with packages containing more potions. Still laughing that night, he told his wife the sight of that kid at the door made all the drift-busting worthwhile.

Cute story, Mary. I want it to be longer, but I guess that's not in the cards. Couldn't she at least get a rash from the ointments not being right -- an allergy or something? Or would that be too rash?i
